Patrick Guyton's Gilded Modernism® Paintings are created on leaf attached to boards. These are not manufactured but hand worked. Small marks or ridges are not imperfections but personalities to the piece itself. Even Mixed Media Printed sections are placed on Hand Laid Leaf and the leaf ridges will cause small bumps and ridges. These are unique to Patrick Guyton's work and are part of the charm. This is not printed canvas pieces that come out of a machine then put in a frame. These are created using care and thought and the "imperfections" is what makes these perfect and each in its own way original.
